RETURN POLICY

At Many Project, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund or return is required. Our refund and return policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and clarity in our processes.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

     

      • Deposit Refund: Clients are eligible for a full refund of their deposit within 7 days of payment, provided that no significant project work has begun, or no ideas or concepts have been demonstrated.

      • Post-Demonstration Refund: Once ideas or concepts have been presented, clients are entitled to a partial refund of the deposit if they are dissatisfied with the direction or work provided within 7 days of payment. The partial refund will be calculated based on the work completed and hours spent on the project up to that point.

    2. Return of Work

    In the event of a refund request:

       

        • Any intellectual property, concepts, designs, or other work demonstrated up to the point of refund will remain the property of Many Project.

        • Clients may not use, modify, or distribute any materials, designs, or ideas that have been presented during the project.

      3. Conditions for Refunds

      To be eligible for a refund:

         

          • The request must be made within 7 days of paying the deposit.

          • No substantial work should have been delivered, or if a refund is requested post-demonstration, the work must not have progressed to an advanced stage (i.e., completed websites, applications, or final design handoffs).

          • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@manyproject.my with a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.

        4. Non-Refundable Cases

        Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

           

            • After the final project has been delivered and approved by the client.

            • For additional services that were not part of the original scope, such as rush work, extra revisions, or third-party purchases (e.g., domain names, hosting, plugins, or stock images).

            • If the client fails to provide necessary feedback, materials, or approvals within agreed-upon timelines, resulting in delays or project cancellation.

          5. Refund Processing

          Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved:

             

              • Refunds will be processed after 14 business days.

              • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during deposit payment.

            6. Project Cancellations

            If the client decides to cancel the project after 7 days or once significant work has begun, the client will be responsible for compensating Many Project for any work already completed, which will be deducted from the refund.

            7. Changes to This Policy

            Many Project reserves the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly to our clients, and the updated policy will be made available on our website.
